It is considered a pillar component of Numidia Holding and has a strong operating base in Libya with HQ in Tripoli, as well as logistic support offices in Malta and Turkey to allow for greater flexibility to run the operations.

For the offshore operations, AOS provides specialised technical assistance in crude exportation facilities and operating terminal offshore facilities during the export process. Offshore services include diving, dredging, underwater platform surveys, installation and maintenance of mooring systems.
